Please Let us know that you had put the laundryat a reception, bell desk, security, or any safe place and take picture (So that we can show to the hotel staff and they will let us take the laundry ).

Then we will pick it up ( Please note that this is a Shared Pickup Dropoff, if you want it fast, you can take a private Pickup Dropoff at an additional cost)

Then we weigh and take photos,count total price, and we send to you via WhatsApp or other Messenger. You could pay cash(Put it in the lobby Concierge), bank transfer or through Paypal.

And when the payment has been made and the laundry is done, we will send to your hotel put it at the lobby concierge and let you know.
