Yes. when we already collect your laundry and then we will weight it so that we can confirm you the total price,processing it, and let you know when it’s done. When you are not in the hotel you could put the payment at the concierge and we will put the laundry in there
If you choose the express service it should be less than 24 hours (in most cases it will took approximately 4 hours). And if you choose the regular one then it will be approximately 2 x 24 hour but we will inform you in advance through WhatsApp or email so that we can meet your time. It will be smoothly and effortlessly.
We will need time to get to your hotel from our office, the comfortable way is you could just put the laundry at the concierge, write it down on a piece of paper: the laundry is for ”Laundry Bali” and put it on your laundry bag. And let the hotel staff know that we will come soon to pick it up. You could also put our telephone or Whatsapp number on the paper.
Yes we could do it if you choose the express service and the pickup time is maximum in the afternoon. Please also pay attention to the distance (we also need time to get to your hotel)
It shouldn’t take long time when we are free, but you could put the laundry at the concierge any time comfortable for you.
